2 days after install, issues already

I just had my life safer interlock device installed 2 days ago. The install shop was friendly and helpful, and the practice run was done with out any issues. My boyfrend had the same device installed in his vehicle 5 years ago, so I took him with me for moral support and to teach me how to use it. All was well when we left the shop. It went off multiple times as we drove home amd ran errands for a tetest, which I passed with flying colors each time. Jump to 2 days later.... I try to start my car, which thankfully was parked at my house, and I kept getting the abort message. I retested several times... all with the same result. I even calls my boyfriend outside so that he could try. Still the same thing. On the 7th or 8th try, the lockout and service light start flashing. But the device was still telling me to retest. I kept trying. Abort, abort, abort. I called customer service, only to be transferred to a tech who was so rude and arrogant, he even hung up on my twice then blamed me when I called back. First he told me it was my battery and I needed it jumpped. I did that, my battery was fine. Then he told me I was let humming at the right tone. Wtf is the right tone? I tried 5 different tests with different tones. Nope, still aborting. Then he told me I wasn't blowing the right way. Seriously, I had 3 duff people try the damn thing, one with a year experience. And my hum and technique were fine 2 days ago. Now my car is locked out, my srevive light it flashing, and I am screwed. I'm so furious at he way the technician talked to me. And each time I had to call back after being hung up on, I asked them to not give me to the same tech, and I explained how rude he was to me. Their excuse was they didn't know which tech I talked to and they had no control over who I was going to be transferred to. Really? U don't record your calls? No wonder they treat people like dirt. There is no evidence of it!!! All of these terrible reviews I have read make me believe this company is just out for money. Their automated message that says their staff is courteous and professional is bs. I'm probably going to have to have my car towed because even 10 hours after this whole ordeal, I'm still locked out. Thank god it happened while I was at home, and not stranded somewhere.
