Account overcharged 3x already.


My interlock malfunctioned on site when I got it installed. I called the state office (MS) and the lady said my account would be credited. Well it wasn't until I called back numerous times (holding for at least 30 mins per call) and 3 months later before my account was credited. Shortly after, I was charged on overnight shipping fee, which I never requested, nor received. Then today I called and I was double charged for my last head change!!
