I had 1 year of issues with this faulty product everything from false positives early lockout just getting reset and having to ho back the next day because of misread at least it misread all the way to get reset so tech could see I obviously not drinking, trying to get some customer satisfaction from this company was like talking to a scientologist not to mention being treated like this was my fault or my car was the issue I got a new car during yhis time still had same if not more issues I had 5 different handsets installed im all about facing up to my terrible mistake and thank god I didnt hurt anyone but this is ridiculous I think there should be some relief for those of us who lost money due to these issues paying extra fees lost time at work towing fees maybe a class actionsuit doesnt the federal trade commission regulate product safety and quality why can a company continue to market a product that is so defective????? The first company that did my resets took themselves out of the process because of all the continued issues the even said this product was crsp

I completely agree. Not only does it fail you when you do everything by the book but it also puts you in lockout which costs $50 a crack and a service call.. I live in northern Minnesota where the temperatures are around ten below right now and this pile of crap DOES NOT like the cold. Add another 5-10 minutes between each start up and blow. It is pathetic that I have to run an extension cord to my vehicle to use a heating blanket and risk starting a fire in my car. The tech support failed to "get back to me" about this issue. Why do I have to blow three times after it already "passed" my first test. Waste of money, time and a huge headache. I suggest spending the extra money on Smartstart of which has not once been an issue and you can remove the device to keep out of the weather.
